projects:
F
Laggan Tormore Onshore Condensate Pipeline –
installation and testing of the 8 in. duplex stainless
steel condensate pipeline, that runs from the new
Total Shetland gas plant to the existing BP Sullom
Voe Terminal, for Total E&P and BP.
F
Brecon to Tirley Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline
Project – engineering, procurement and construction
of a 109 x 1220 mm carbon steel gas pipeline,
20 km across south Wales and 89 km into England,
was an important part of National Grid’s major
infrastructure programme to supply the UK with
around 20% of its required gas supplies. The project
also included construction of the Tirley pressure
reduction station, one of the largest in the UK.
F
Corrib Gas Pipeline Project – one of the most
significant engineering projects ever undertaken in
Ireland, to lay onshore pipelines from the landfall
site at Glengad to the Bellanboy Bridge Gas Terminal
including inserting 5 km of 508 x 27.1 mm DNV Grd
485 (X70) linepipe.
F
Harefield to Southall Gas Pipeline – engineering,
procurement, construction and commissioning
of 18 x 1220 mm carbon steel gas pipeline and
connection into existing installations at both
Harefield and Southall. The project included
insertion of the pipeline within 2.25 km of segmental
tunnels, using blown recycled glass sand as an
alternative to cementious grouts for filling the
annulus.
F
Easington to Ganstead – design and construction of
32.2 km, 1220 mm carbon steel gas pipeline from the
Easington Terminal to the above ground installation
at Ganstead, together with civil mechanical and
electrical works associated with the construction of
two pig trap installations.
F
Easington to Paull – construction of 24 km x
1220 mm carbon steel gas pipeline from the
Easington Terminal to the above ground installation
at Paull, together with civil mechanical and electrical
works associated with the construction of two pig
trap installations.
