RCIYAS Steel Pipe Co. was founded with the vision
to design, develop, produce and export cutting-
edge steel pipes. ERCIYAS manufactures spirally
welded steel line pipes (HSAW), with all types of
specified coatings with diameters ranging fromØ10 in.
(273.1 mm) to Ø160 in. (4064 mm) and wall thickness
ranging from 0.157 in. (4 mm) to 1.38 in. (35 mm). The pipes
can be designed and produced using the highest steel
grades available up to API 5L X-100.
Equipped with all the quality certificates, ERCIYAS
diligently carries out all kinds of non-destructive and
destructive tests in its own state-of-the-art laboratories.
ERCIYAS is the only company in all of Europe, North
America and the Middle East with an annual capacity of
450 000 t under one single roof. The 820 research and
development projects completed within the last five
years are a testament to the company’s dedication to the
latest technology. Together with a commitment to the
strictest quality measures, competitive pricing, as well as
geographical advantages, ERCIYAS has risen to the ranks
of being not only the number one pipe exporter in Turkey,
but also the 25
th
biggest exporter in the entire country.
In addition to its capability to mass produce within a
limited time span, ERCIYAS is also capable of delivering
the toughest projects (such as 20 in. [Ø 508 mm] OD x
1 in. [25.4 mm] w.t. with API 5L X-60 material) due to its
ownership of the strongest machines in the world.

Pipeline (TANAP) project will be carring 16 billion m

natural gas from the Caspian sea to the Europe for the
