Tecno Plug™ high pressure pipeline isolation –
the Tecno Plug provides fail-safe double block
and bleed pipeline isolation for high pressure
applications while the system remains live and at
operating pressure. Dual seals provide a zero-energy
zone to enable maintenance work to be carried out
safely and efficiently while meeting industry-led
double block and bleed requirements.

BISEP™ high pressure intervention and isolation –
pipeline intervention and isolation can be achieved
using STATS patented leak-tight BISEP. The BISEP
provides fail-safe double block and bleed isolation
deployed through a single full bore hot tap
penetration – no additional bleed ports. The BISEP
contains dual energised seals and the annulus zero-
energy zone proves and monitors the seal integrity
before and during intervention work.

Emergency pipeline repair isolation systems
– STATS partner with major operators in the
development and support of emergency pipeline
repair isolation systems to minimise the downtime
of damaged pipelines. Investment in an emergency
pipeline repair system will reduce environmental
and commercial impact and enable early resumption
of production in the event of an emergency repair.

Inline weld test tool: localised pressure testing –
inline weld test tools provide a fast and efficient
method of verifying the integrity of welds or
joints by reducing system down-time, minimising
environmental impact and increasing worksite
safety. Additionally, these tools can be used to
provide a verified atmospheric barrier adjacent to
the hot work source.

E-PEP™: hydrostatic testing – pipe end plugs
provide a fast and efficient method of installing
temporary test caps on plain end pipe for
hydrostatic testing up to 500 bar. The patented
E-PEP reduces time and material costs, minimises
environmental impact and improves productivity.

Two subsea Remote Tecno Plugs™ provided
double block isolation allowing installation
and leak testing of SSIV’s and pipe spools
on the 36 in. Forties Pipeline System in the
North Sea, UK.

16 in. gas pipeline isolated by Remote Tecno
Plug to facilitate launcher valve replacement
in Oman.

30 in. gas pipeline and 32 in. gas trunk line
simultaneous isolations using Remote Tecno
Plug allowing MOV and SDV replacement
during E11R-C shutdown, offshore Sarawak,
Malaysia.
STATS Group
30 in. Remote Tecno Plug provided 20 week isolation of gas
terminal receiver to allow valve maintenance while maintaining
production at 120 bar.
STATS designed, built and tested a 32 in. ROV operated subsea
pig launcher and receiver.
