RC-Evans Offshore places value on health, safety,
environment and quality as well as promoting a safe
working environment for all personnel, wherever they
are working in the world.
On all projects, reporting of HSEQ matters is essential for
business improvement and exceeding client expectations, from
both a quality and safety perspective.
The ability of CRC-Evans Offshore’s personnel to report in
a quick and efficient manner is crucial to collating reports in an
organised and simple fashion from anywhere in the world.
To enable ‘zero harm’ and continuous improvement,
CRC-Evans Offshore continually looks for ways to improve
its systems, procedures and, of course, its personnel. As a
result of these aims, the HSEQ team is given the full support
and resources by senior management to monitor and change
systems.
With this in mind, at the beginning of 2014, the company
identified a Norwegian company called Mellora, established,
owned and managed by Trond Hansen. With more than 20
years’ experience as both a Quality System Manager, HR
Manager, Lead Auditor and Senior HSEQ Advisor, Trond is an
internationally accredited quality manager and quality auditor
with certifications from The European Organisation for Quality
(EOQ) within both areas. During a quick phone call to Mellora,
