TWO ANNOUNCEMENTS
O
iltanking has announced the sale of
all of its interest in Oiltanking
Partners LP to Enterprise Products
Partners LP. Oiltanking Partners, through
its wholly owned subsidiaries,
Oiltanking Houston and Oiltanking
Beaumont, owns and operates tank
storage assets located on the Houston
Ship Channel and in Beaumont, Texas.
Oiltanking is maintaining a strong
presence in the US through its
ownership and/or operation of
terminals in Texas City and Port
Neches, Texas and Joliet, Illinois. In
addition, the group will continue to
retain and grow other strategic assets
in the US.
Also, effective 1 January 2015,
Oiltanking GmbH will have a new joint
leadership consisting of two Managing
Directors, Koen Verniers and Daan Vos,
with dedicated geographic
responsibilities. They succeed Christian
Flach and Julio Tellechea, who
managed the company for a
transitional period.

MAKING PURCHASES
K
inder Morgan, Inc. has announced
that it will purchase three terminals
and one undeveloped site from
Royal Vopak for approximately
US$158 million. The acquisition covers a
36 acre, 1 069 500 bbl storage complex
at Galena Park, Texas, that handles base
oils, biodiesel and crude oil,
immediately adjacent to Kinder
Morgan's Galena Park terminal complex;
two Vopak terminals in North Carolina,
one in North Wilmington that handles
chemicals and black oil, and one in
South Wilmington that is not currently
operating; and an undeveloped site at
Perth Amboy, New Jersey, with
waterfront access that can be
developed. The transaction, subject to
cusotomary approvals, is expected to
close during th first quarter and will be
immediately accretive to KMI earnings.
Exclusive of the planned
acquisition, Kinder Morgan's overall
Houston Ship Channel presence will
total over 400 storage tanks with
43 million bbls of capcity.

TERMINAL TECHNOLOGY ORDER
A
ir Products has signed an
agreement increasing its already
active and integral role in the growing
US LNG export market. Air Products
will be providing its proprietary LNG
technology, equipment, and related
process license for three production
trains for the Cameron LNG
Liquefaction Project, in Hackberry,
Louisiana. The US DOE has approved
the Cameron LNG facility for LNG
export up to 12 million tpy. Air Products'
sale includes three main cryogenic coil
wound heat exchangers and the
associated equipment and technology.
Air Products will supply its LNG
proprietary C3MRTM liquefaction
technology and equipment, and its
MCR® main croygenic heat exchangers
will be installed at the heart of the
proprietary propane precooled mixed
refrigerant liquefaction process.
In addition to Cameron LNG in
Louisian, Air Products is also providing
its LNG technology and equipment for
Freeport LNG's liquefaction and export
project in Freeport, Texas and
Dominion's liquefaction project at its
Cove Point LNG facility in Lusby,
Maryland.

NuStar Energy LP has acquired full
ownership of a refined products terminal
in Linden, New Jersey, in the New York
Harbour. The terminal was previously
operated as a joint venture with
Linden Holding Corp, and NuStar had
50% ownership of the facility. NuStar
purchased the remaining ownership
interest from Linden Holding Corp., a
subsidiary of NIC Holding Corp., for
US$142.5 million, and the acquisition is
projected to contribute approximately
US$20 million of incremental earnings
before EBITDA in 2015.
GERMANY
A groundbreaking ceremony has been
held for the new KROHNE headquarters
building. The project with a total
investment of

16 million will see the
new offices being built on the existing
KROHNE premisis in Duisburg, and will
be designed by the Berlin architects
Baumhauer.
USA
Cronus Partners, LLC was pleased to
announce that it acted as the exclusive
financial advisor to 121 Point Breeze
Terminal, LLC, owner of a refined
petroleum products terminal, the
terminal serving the Mid Atlantic region,
in its sale to Kinder Morgan. Following its
purchase in 2005 from BP, the facility was
refurbished to an operational level and
the customer base was expanded, making
it well positioned for the future.
BELGIUM
Engicon nv has placed the last storage
tank on the left bank of the Scheldt in
Antwerp for the new ADPO LLH terminal.
